Full Terms and Conditions:

  • items must be returned in new condition;
  • Reason for your exchange;
  • Must arrive to us same way as we sent it, not broken;
  • proof of purchase is required;
  • Online orders can be exchanged/credit note;
  • Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Please also note, Customer Service will require photos of any item(s) that arrive in less than perfect condition.

 

How long do I have to return or exchange a purchase?

Our normal return period is 14 days from the delivery date.

How can I return an Online order?

Please contact Customer Service via email and provide the following information:

  • Online order number;
  • Full name;
  • Email Address used for the order;
  • Photos of the item(s) if they arrived in less than perfect condition;


Customer Service will usually respond within 1-2 business days and advise next steps.

Can I exchange an Online order?

You are welcome to exchange an Online order with proof of purchase.

My order arrived to me broken?

We send our items via Post office, we require you to give your parcel a little shake and if you hear any shatter please take pictures/video’s and send to our friendly customer service team to replace your item.
