Shipping Policy

We ship Monday - Friday, excluding NSW public holidays. Due to the high volume of orders during launches and sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed by a few business days. Our team are working hard to make sure you get your WOODENLUX as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS; WOODENLUX will provide a tracking number via email once your order is shipped (this can take up to 24-48 hours to become active)

 

PLEASE NOTE;

  • WOODENLUX cannot be held responsible for the service, delays or delivery by the postal service.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • WOODENLUX are unable to modify or cancel processed orders, this applies to both in stock or pre-sale items.
  • If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost will be required to re-ship.
